This summer I picked up a 3-pack of frames at Target's Red spot.
When I saw the silouette girl in the August kit, an idea came to mind. I covered the frame with the fabric strip, just using hot glue to adhere it.
Then I cut the patterned paper insert to the 4x6 size. The silouette is matted on cream paper so I could pop it up off of the inset.
Loved adding a little doo-dah to the ponytail.
And the pop of pink . . .
This is my favorite Polka Dot Whimsy project right now :)
