Use it up--part 4

Merek knows when his birthday is.

And he is always asking me if it his birthday yet.
So, I decided to put this little Maya Road chipboard to use, along with my Sept. 2011 Paper Posies kit, and some Tiny Calendars from SRM stickers.

I adhered the Tiny Calendar stickers to cardstock. Then cut them out and punched a square from patterned paper to mat them on.

The big numbers are SRM Extra Large Numbers. I thought these would be helpful for Merek as he counts through the year to his birthday.

The big 11 and 12 numbers are the from the Year of Memories stickers (2011 and 2012). For a finishing touch, I added SRM border stickers.

 

We keep this either in his backpack or my purse, depending upon where we are going. It is good practice to help him not only review his numbers, but also the months of the year.
