Lovin' the Monday :)

Hit the Y at 5am this morning. It felt great to get on the treadmill. Something had been bothering my stomach since last Thursday so I hadn't walked for a few days. Feeling better again. Thank goodness!

I watched ESPN Sports Center to get the review of the Seahawks/Falcons game yesterday. I didn't get to watch it but heard it was a good one. Bummed the Hawks lost but they sure gave the Falcons a good scare! The boys were disappointed, too, but Krish is still counting down to the Super Bowl. He told me all about it this morning--the teams that could play in it, their records, and who he thought might win.

Today is laundry day. Hoping to get through all 9 piles today. Need to go to the grocery store, too. Our family has devoured the produce in the house (a good thing!) and I need to restock for the next few days.

If I can get the laundry and grocery shopping done today, I will feel successful. Making dinner will be an added bonus. Better think of an idea before heading to the store . . .

Last week, a couple of friends had birthdays. I made cake pops for them. There was only a few minutes from the time the pops could be packaged until I had to run out the door, so I put together a quick tag to tie on the bags.

One of the things I love about SRM stickers is how quick they can make a project come together. I punched the bottom of the tag with a border punch, applied the stickers, and tied it on the bag.

Off to change the laundry and read to Merek :)
Have a fantastic day!

I still love these daily posts! They are such a sweet insight into your life, and a good reminder to me to journal and to read to Josh. Thanks for doing it!

It is wonderful to see glimpses into your daily life...can you imagine how much your children will enjoy reading this some day. I can imagine your laundry pile...we were six children and I remember laundry was an everyday thing in our home.
