A few weeks before our anniversary last month, DH mentioned he would like a knife to filet fish.
He rarely gives me gift ideas for him, so I jumped on that and ordered him one that had rave reviews on Amazon.
This last weekend, he put the knife to use fileting a rockfish he had bought at the local fish market.
So he wouldn't know I had ordered it I had it sent to my parent's house. My mom commented, "that thing looks lethal!" In the reviews it did say it was very sharp. DH said it worked great on the fish. And I don't think he cut any of his fingers :)
He asked me if I wanted to eat the eyeballs. Um, no, thank you.
