The kids' school always has a Winter bazaar the first weekend of December. Crafts for the kids, bake sale, dollar store for the kids to buy gifts for their families, and vendors from the community to sell their wares. I joined up with Heather and Allison for a booth this year.
I sold banners (surprised?), gift card purses and wallets, and covered journals. Banners and covered journals were a big hit. I was happy with my income from the show--though I spent most of it with other vendors for gifts for the kids LOL.
Allison sews these adorable tooth fairy pillows.
Heather makes beautiful necklaces, bracelets, felt and fabric flowers for hair or clothing clips.
It was a fun night. The kids and DH came to visit near the end of the event. MIL flew in from SoCal this afternoon. She'll be here for the weekend. We have a busy weekend ahead. Breakfast with St. Nicholas this morning, and two piano recitals this afternoon. Church tomorrow morning and then a Nativity event later Sunday where the 4 older kids are singing in a children's choir. I think after this weekend the reality that the Christmas season is here will really hit me :)

I absolutely love your banners! What fun projects, and an awesome idea for the kids and families instead of the traditional "Secret Santa" shops! I'm going to need to talk to my community about that:)
I'm not surprised that your banners did well! They are always so cute! Enjoy your holiday fun! :-)
I have such an admiration for your banners...they are stunning...it looks as if you had a wonderful time at the craft fair.
