December 1st

Really?? December, already? Each year we get to this point and I ask myself the same question. But I'm starting to accept that life goes by quickly, time will indeed pass, and so I need to make the most of each moment. Not that I am making the most of each moment, but I'm aware and trying :)

Our family has a busy December ahead of us. I'm looking forward to the holiday music, the decorations, the treats, etc. When we returned from Thanksgiving weekend at my parents, DH and the kids put the outdoor lights up.

Lina's birthday is this coming week so we have a bit of shopping and planning to do. Hoping to get some of that done today. After the St. Nicholas breakfast at Saint Michaels . . .

There has been some changes for me over the past year with design teams. I need to make some updates to my blog and do a whole redesign of it as well. My responsibilities are fewer now and that is a good thing. I have been enjoying lots of "mom" time and less stress :)

Paper Posies is still one of my designing opportunities, however, and there is a fabulous December kit up for grabs. Check it out HERE. I enjoyed working with the kit. It has vintage and contemporary designs and colors. Loved the mix!  Here are the projects I created:
