Two Two One Two

Happy Groundhog's Day! I guess he saw his shadow which means 6 more weeks of winter . . . why is that? If the sun is shining, shouldn't that mean spring is on it's way?

Well, the sun is shining here today and I couldn't be happier about it. We've had some gloomy grey days. Blech.

Today the little boys and I are heading to lunch with Princess Stephanie, Anders Kai, Kay Kay, Janie, James, and Esme G. James and Ez are moving this weekend and we are all sad to see them go. But hopefully it will bring good changes to their life. I will really miss them!

On to something cheerful so I don't start crying yet . . . I have two layouts to share with you today. These are from the December Hip 2-b Square kit.

I fear I will never tire of banners.

Love this ABC paper from October Afternoon. I did a zigzag stitch around the squares to give it a little definition. And the American crafts stickers . . . may be a new fave of mine :)

Enjoy the rest of your Thursday, or Friday, or whatever day it is you read this. Off to make a salad for the lunch . . .

Lovely layouts Melanie. I am glad to hear that the sun is shining. I can't imagine grey snow days.

Love the pages. As for winter..,we've had such a strangely warm one so far, that I'm scared to see what those next 6 weeks hold in store fog us. Probably means snow on Easter. :-(
