Hip 2-b Square December Kit Layouts

The December Hip 2-b Square kit was packed with color and tons of paper. Here are the five layouts I completed with the kit and add-ons:



I loved layering these strips of Cosmo Cricket papers, and the October Afternoon border sticker. I hand-cut then hand-stitched around the cloud.  I popped it up for a little dimension.



Any LO about Lina has to include pink :) I love the little labels on the CC paper. The Sassafrass chipboard numbers are a fun addition to projects.

For this layout I used the same January PageMap I had contributed for the newsletter. I just turned it 90 degrees. The hand-stitching around the edges was inspired by this Jing-Jing Nickel post.

I used a sketch by Lisa Hidy for this LO. Not sure why the pics turned out so dark but I loved how much I journaled.

The DT used a sketch by Julie Bonner for one of their layouts. I loved the squares! My interpretation is a little different than the original. To make the FAMILY stand out, I cut out the letters with a craft knife then backed it with the green cardstock. This is probably my favorite layout of the bunch.
