Yesterday I had some time to work with my August Hip Kit. I was so happy to get four layouts done. They are pretty simple, and I love how quickly they came together. On our trip home from California last month, I had sketched out some page and card ideas. I used the sketches for all of these projects.
One of the great things about getting the Hip Kits is having all of the products coordinated for me. And the product designs really help make projects look fabulous. Like the map paper on the page above--I really didn't feel like I needed to add more to the page.The September Hip Kit will be available this Thursday--it is a perfect kit for fall and back to school. This is the first month with our new design team showcasing their projects--they really are FABULOUS!!

LOVE all of the layouts. That first one is my favorite. :)
LOVE them all! I am always taking pictures in the car, but never scrap them; that last page gave me some ideas.
Oh my...yellow and pink make such a pretty combination. Beautiful layouts Melanie...I think you need so share these cool sketches.
