I love your adorable giggle, soft kisses, big hugs, and endless energy. You love bananas, grapes, Cheerios, milk, oatmeal, peanut butter, apples, broccoli, carrots, and noodles. You like to get water from the dispenser on the fridge. You can open doors so we had to put a child-proof holder on the front door. You know how to get into the corner cupboard and sneak snacks (a recent fav is Craisins).
Going for rides in the car is so fun for you--and you would rather sit in Bird's car seat than your own. You love to listen to music in the car, too. And every time we see a bus, you yell, "BUH!!" Then softly say, "buh, buh, buh."
It's fun to watch you tackle your brothers, play basketball or football with them, or play tag with your siblings. You adore your big sisters and totally enjoy any time they will spend with you.
Before bedtime and naps (which you are resisting and climbing out of your crib sometimes), you like to read "Time For Bed" with me. We point and said "mommy, baby, moon, stars" on each page, and make the animal sounds. You sleep with your blue blanket from grandma and your glow worm baby that plays classical lullabye tunes.
You are a big helper to mom in the kitchen--you readily agree to empty the dishwasher and put the dishes away. And you are good at assisting with putting the clothes from the washer to the dryer in the laundry room.
You love to go outside and play in the backyard. We put the green car out there on the patio this month and you have had a blast with that. We have to keep a good eye on you though, because you'll escape through the gates on the side yard.
Each morning you are at the windows, watching for Ms. Penny driving by in the school bus. She slows down to wave at you. You yell, "Hi!" and wave back. We stand at the windows until the kids are on the bus and it is out of sight. Then you are ready to head upstairs. You plop down in the rocking chair anticipating watching a show. Sometimes mom says ok. Your favorite, by far, is Dinosaur Train. You love to ROAR right along with them.
