I enjoyed reading through the whole magazine on the airplane ride home. But this was the page I tore out. I love these thoughts and wanted to share them. My favorites are #3, 5, and 9. Which one/s is your favorite?**body+soul, March 2010

I love that scrapbooking covers both the experiences and objects in number 3. We get to buy stuff to then use in remembering the stuff we do! (yes, I like to shop!)
I also really like number 7; I feel as I have gotten older I stay in my comfort zone way more than I did when I was younger and I have lost some of my inner strength because of that.
This is a great list Mel, thanks for sharing it.
#3 for sure is my fav!! Sometimes I have a hard time with this because I feel like I should save my money rather than spend it on "doing" things (i.e. skiing this weekend) but then I realize that my niece will remember these times with me for a long time. She will look back and remember that I was the one who took her....and we have a good time so it is totally worth it :o)
