Father's Day Card ideas

Today over on the SRM Blog, there are Father's Day cards featured. I used the SRM Father's Day Quick Card set to make this card:
Also, if you leave a comment for the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Bazzill features on the SRM blog you will be entered to win one of FIVE Bazzill packs. Be sure to leave a comment on each day!
We have more rain here today and it's in the 50's. My kids are still wearing pants and jackets to school each day. But it is forecasted to reach the 70's on Saturday--that will be nice. And I'm actually kind of glad we aren't having the record heat hitting the South and East right now.

I'm starting to put together our summer schedule. Chore lists, workbook plans, meal preparations (the girls want to help with that), parks to visit, and reading charts for the kids. Sometimes I wish summer could just be free-for-all, but after 10 "when can we have a snack?" questions (all before 9:30am) and 12 "what are we going to do today?" questions each day, I like having a schedule to follow. I think the kids do, too. Every once in a while I'll throw in a FREE day :)

Do you have summer schedules and activities? Any ideas I should add to my list?

Enjoy your day :)

Nice card!
I haven't even thought about summer schedules. I just need to get through today (last day for students) and tomorrow (closing day for staff) before I even think about it! ;)

Hmmmm.... I think I'm liking the summer schedule idea. Especially considering Bryn will have to adapt to MY schedule just as much as I'll have to adapt to hers! Thanks for sharing your idea! :-)
