Do you have random thoughts that go through your head? As the day goes on, it amazes me how different the thoughts can be.
What book should I read next?
All of the natural disasters are so scary. Is this the beginning of the end?
Facebook is such a time waster, yet a great connector. Can't decide if I should cancel my account or not.
Eating healthy makes me feel great!
So happy that I exercised today.
Paige would tell me to not worry about that.
One brownie won't hurt.
I wonder how Hans' finger is doing.
Will Lina's finger heal well?
Please rain on Thursday.
That house on the corner has been for sale for a year now. Why is it not selling? What is wrong with it?
Merek is SO cute! I love that he is talking more and really trying to say words. Battery, jelly, puppet, Penny, park.
Hoping my relatives in Missouri are ok.
I've got to figure out how to organize the house. The garage needs to be cleaned.
Call Kim.
What's next on my to-do list? I feel like I'm forgetting something.
These are just a smidgen of thoughts from today. I think there needs to be some sort of device that would put my thoughts onto paper for me so I wouldn't have to write a list or worry about forgetting something. Ha!
Monday night I did Dance Central on Xbox for the first time. It was really fun and I considered the possibility of actually getting an Xbox for our family. However, we really don't have a good place to put it. The room our TV is in is not big enough to accomodate the actions required for the games.
Maybe if we got an Xbox we could get rid of cable . . . hmmm . . . but I really don't want the TV downstairs. I like it upstairs out of our main living area. Something to think about, and add to my list.
Have a wonderful day today :)
ps--Any good reads suggestions?

LOL! We do seem to think a lot hey!
I love that you listed it all. My problem is I forget things about a2 minutes after I think of something I need to do.
Also, my DH would love for me to get rid of cable. I just can't do it yet... but probably next year.
What kind of books do you like?
I really like novels based on fairy tales. Some of my recent favorites are
Beastly by Alex Flynn
and
Impossible by Nancy Werlin
2 really good historical fiction novels I read recently are
The Help by Kathrynn Stockett
and
The Gurnsey Literary and Potatoe Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer
I really loved
THe Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate Dicamillo--Aunt Dianne reccomended that one to me.
Next I might read "The Graveyard Book" by Neil Gaiman. My mom really loved it.
I agree with GlowWorm, The Help and Gurnsey were both great.
Might I also suggest Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie? Delightful, clever children's novel. Miranda should read it too.
the graveyard book was great, I loved it. and yes to the guernsey potato book, amazing! goose girl by shannon hale is one of my all time favorites.
if you ever invent something that will automatically write down my thoughts for me, let me know! I forget mine before I can get them written down.
Endurance by Alfred Lansing. An amazing true story. I first read it 10+ years ago, and re-read it this month.
And I'm glad to see that someone else's thoughts are so random too!
Hi Mel! Love the random thoughts!
Good book recommendations! I finished The Help last night, very good. I always love trying to figure out what to read next!
And on the whole facebook thing...I am considering quitting it to. Or not being on there much at all. I've let my blog go for over a month and realize how much I miss it and will be going back soon! And also realize that fb is a waste of time but I like knowing what everyone is doing! Check out Melody Ross's blog, she's doing 90 days away from fb right now!

Have a great day! Addie
Thanks for all of the book suggestions. I have made a list to get from the library. A summer full of reading--hooray! :)
I too loved The Help and Guernsey Literay Society!
Facebook is a hard one, I tend to read my feed at night...it's how I keep up on my nephews/nieces and cousins who live out of state. I don't post too often myself though.
Oh I tried to quit my cable last night and Comcast informed that my bill would increase by $5 per month since they would increase my internet bill???? Frustrating!
I am currently reading Juliet by Anne Fortier. It was a book club selection here. I am not very far into it, but I really like it so far.
LOVE this post. And Bob thinks I'm the only woman with a million things on my mind at any given moment. I told him it's ALL women. Men only one thing on their mind at any given moment. LOL
Your random list made me feel normal. ;) I have waaaaaaay too many random thoughts running through my mind daily. I thought it was a blonde thing - ha!
