Did you know that the airlines will let pregnant women fly up to 38 weeks? Well, they do. I had a note from my doctor, just in case, but no one even questioned me. Tiffany's friend, Krista, picked us up from the airport and took us to a warehouse sale at Making Memories. I hope it's not disrespectful to go shopping for scrapbooking supplies before my grandma's funeral. The sale only happens twice a year--and it happened to be on the day I flew to Salt Lake. I spent a bit more than planned--but also got more than I planned. The deals were amazing! Lucky for me my parents drove to Utah and will bring the bulky stuff home that I couldn't fit in my carry-on bag. Here we are with our loot (shhh! Don't tell my DH):
Now for the real reason I went to Utah, Grandma's funeral. It was a beautiful morning. The sky was a bit overcast and a few raindrops even fell at the cemetery. But then the sun broke out for the grave dedication and it was just perfect. Lots of people were taking lots of pictures, but this is the only one I took. It pretty much sums it all up for me, family gathered around her. I am so grateful to have been able to go.

I never realized you could fly so late into your pregnancy. Glad you were able to make the trip and "enjoy" yourself. And to think you are jealous that I have an Archiver's. MM warehouse sale??? I'm speechless!

Oh my gosh! Mel, you were 10 minutes away from me when you were here! I have to avoid the MM Warehouse sale, I end up buying too much b/c I'm such a sucker for a deal! Glad you were able to come for the funeral. I'm sure your grandmother would understand. ;) Hugs to you! Jana
