We enjoyed amazing weather for our 4th of July. It was so nice to be outside doing fireworks last night, wearing a sweatshirt instead of a winter coat like last year. A couple of neighbors joined us for the light display. We are fortunate to live on a hill overlooking our valley so we can see all of the displays going off in the valley. DH grilled some hamburgers and shish kabobs. I had made homemade vanilla ice cream on Sunday. Watermelon. The girls made lemonade. Great 4th of July!
Today I have a few cards to share with you. These were made with the May Hip 2-b Square kit.
I know I said it yesterday, but I really liked this kit. As you can see from the cards, a variety of bright colors.
I added an SRM sentiment to this one, and the next one.
This design is based on a Card Map from June 2011.
For the pennant banner, I cut the tips off the plaid star on the Sassafrass sticker sheet.
ps--Be sure to check out the SRM blog all this week. Reveals of their new sticker sheets coming out this month. Leave comments--they are picking a winner from each day's post to receive NEW stickers!

Loving all your cards & LO's you made with the HIP kit. Love your "earns" & "rewards" idea, too! Hope you had a fun 4th and have fun with the birthday tomorrow, too! :-)
These might be some of my favorite cards you've made. What great variety. Plus, they are sort of "amy colors". :)
