Last two days of Week In The Life

I'm really looking forward to putting all of my images together with the journaling from each day to complete this project. My goal is to finish it by the end of May.
The boys get to watch Dinosaur Train on PBS everyday. Merek particularly loves it. The opportunity to watch Dinosaur Train takes away any worries bothering him. He'll run over to the rocking chair and plant himself in it. He even roars when we sing the theme song to him. And Bird has to sit right up next to the TV. BTW--one thing I love about this photo is that it shows the old coffee table that we inherited from my parents' house. We got that from them when we moved into our first house in Salt Lake. They were ready to be done with it. I'm not sure how long they had had it--but I remember having it when I was little. Merek also loves any chance to take a shower.

Lina at gymnastics. She has enjoyed her Saturday morning classes. Her handstands get better every week (she practices a ton at home) and she can even pop up into a handstand from the springboard when practicing the vault.

Christian at the Little League Jamboree. They had team pictures. He had to knee on the ground because he was in the front row. Hasn't even had a game yet and his white pants are already dirty. Seriously--white pants? Couldn't they've picked black or grey??I love getting the mail everyday--even if it is only a few things.

DH is so awesome about letting the kids help in the kitchen. Lina is definitely the most enthusiastic to be his assistant. They were making Baked Ziti for the St. Michael's family potluck dinner.Merek has learned that a hug is necessary when someone is feeling sad. Bird was crying because Merek had hit him. Could you stay mad at that face very long?

I love when the sunshines through the window. A few minutes of sunshine sure brightens my day.
Not uncommon in our house to find a stray dinosaur or animal along the banister. The kids were digging outside and found insect eggs in the dirt. Wonderful. And, no, I told them, you cannot keep them to see what they hatch into.My azalea blooming. On day one, I posted a pic of the buds still closed.

That's it. I have more photos that will be incorporated into my project. If you did this project and have posted it somewhere, please leave me a link. I'd love to see what you created :)

Love your collection of photos! The shower shot is great, but my favorite is the baseball uniform. You can bleach white pants! Cascade works well on them, too. ;)
