OK, I feel like such a bad mom. Poor Merek! This past week he has had a hard time sleeping. I knew he was getting one of his top side teeth in. But then as he was crying one day I noticed a white spot in the back of his mouth. Sure enough a molar was coming through . . . and not just one . . . the other back one on the bottom was coming through too. And on the top . . . two bruise like marks (don't remember these with the other kids) and swollen gums telling me this poor little guy is cutting FIVE teeth (four of which are molars) right now.
And he is officially standing on his own. It started on Wednesday when he casually let go of the couch for a few seconds. Then each day he has had longer and longer time periods of just standing on his own, looking at a toy or book. He is growing up too fast!
The picture is from last week when I cut his hair. DH threatened to take him to the barber if I didn't trim his hair. He looks too much like a little boy now :(

OY! Teething can be a nightmare. Thank goodness my Lily has most of her teeth.
