LOAD challenges Week #2

The second week of LOAD challenges wrapped up at PersonalScrapper and I'm behind! Yikes! There is actually only one challenge from last week I haven't done yet, and then the two from this week. But I'll get caught up.

Here are two of my favorites from last week's challenges. Carrie challenged us to make a layout with NO PHOTOS (!). A great idea popped into my head with all of these cute Cosmo Cricket embellies I had to use--a RECIPE page. So I picked some of my favorite recipes that my mom passed on to me when I left home.

This page is for Emma's Challenge to do a page about a friend or friends. This is my sweet neighbor, Heather. So glad she is just down the street from me. I used products from the PS June add-on kit.
