LOAD challenge layouts

It's been over 3 1/2 years that I have been a member of the PersonalScrapper.com kit club. You know what I love about it--well, besides the awesome kits? Erica, the owner, is so encouraging to all of us to scrap! She is constantly having online crops and challenges that push us to not only use our kits but to record our memories.

Right now, there is a LOAD (layout a day) challenge going on there for the month of June. Different club members are posting a new challenge each day to inspire us to make pages. So far, I've been able to keep up with all the challenges. At this rate, I'll have 30 pages done by the end of June. Hooray!

Here are my two favorite layouts from this past week. The first was from the challenge on Day 5--create a graduation layout. This is my adorable niece, Desiree, who just graduated from HS this past Friday. The LO design in based on a PageMap design from 11/08. I used the PS.com April kit for the layout, along with some KI die-cut paper and Basic Grey rubons.

This layout was for the challenge on Day 2--Scraplift a layout by Kelly Goree. Addie posted a particular LO by Kelly that she loved and we were to scraplift it. This is my version. A sweet friend sent me these awesome Bella Blvd. papers for my birthday last month. It was fun to use them on a layout about my birthday :)
Check back next Monday and I'll post a few of my favorites from this week :)
