For this first layout, I used a "Sketch This" design by Janelle Richmond. She has sketches up, usually each week, on her blog. The alphas were originally brown but I colored them with a Black glaze pen. Wouldn't recommend it because then they stuck to the backing and I had to exacto them off which made the edges a little rough. Learn as we go, right?

This next layout used a recent Pencil Lines sketch. I just love spring and wanted to highlight some pretty colors during our cold, grey winter days. The little metal butterfly was a favorite of mine in these products Kimberly gave me to use.

I used another Pencil Lines sketch for this LO. It is probably my favorite of the bunch. I wouldn't have put these colors together on my own and love Kimberly's ability to pair up products like this.

That's it for now. My new Personal Scrapper kit should be here tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing what is in it!

Lovely layouts Mel...I love the first one and the hand stitching on it.
Great layouts - love "Hangin' with Papa!" The orange and green work great together!! Love how you cut out the pattern from the BG Offbeat paper, too.
