Baby Cards

Here are a couple of baby cards that I made recently.

The papers and rub-ons are from Momenta.
The lion rub-on inspired me to make the mane out of twine. I added a sentiment from SRM and some KaiserCraft pearls.

Products Used
Cardstock, Pattern Paper: Family Outings Super Paper Pad
Rub-on: Safari (Product number: RO-1666)
Twine: The Twinery
Sticker sentiment: SRM Fancy Sticker Sentiments
Pearls: KaiserCrafts
Punch: Marvy Uchida

These yellow stars were leftover from a sunday school project I had done with my class. Didn't want them to go to waste, so I stitched them to the white cardstock and added the Momenta rub-on.

Products Used
Cardstock, Pattern Paper: Family Outings Super Paper Pad
Sticker: Born to be Wild (Product number: ST-1704)
Punch: Fiskars
Ribbon: May Arts

I submitted both of them for publication but neither were picked up. Oh well.

But I do have five cards in the July 2012 issue of CARDS.
You can check them out on pages 22-23, 98, 116, 130, and 148.

It's our first day of summer vacation . . . and it's raining. :(
Miranda and I went for a walk this morning in the rain. We got soaking wet. But it felt so good to get out and walk. The wild roses are blooming right now and they smell amazing. I remember Paige offering to dig up one of the bushes and transplant it behind our fence. She knew how much I love that smell. What a good friend!

Hope you have a fabulous day!
