Phrases and 3 weeks

Yesterday DH was watching the Texas Tech vs. Oklahoma football game. Lina asked what team he wanted to win. He said "the white team" (Texas Tech). "Oh, who is the red team?" she asked. He replied, "Oklahoma." Then Lina asked, "Is that who is going to be the next president?"

(As we laughed, M quickly corrected her "No, that's OBAMA.")

Bird has recently been using the phrase "What a heck?" I have no idea where he got this form of Utahish gibberish. But it's pretty cute when he says it. :)

And here are some pictures of Merek at 3 weeks. He wasn't very happy about me taking his picture. And, as you can see, he is filling out quite nicely. No lack of nutrition in this babe.
