Personal Scrapper Survivor Finals

So, I made it to the final 2 in the PersonalScrapper.com Survivor game. Here is one of the layouts I made this week. It was for the "Back to Basics" Challenge.


We could only use a paper trimmer, straight-edge scissors, ruler, and pencil/eraser for tools. For products we were limited to 2 sheets of solid cardstock, black journaling pen, 4 photo corners, one set of alphabet stickers OR rub-ons, and one adhesive.

For another challenge "Something Old/Something New" we had to use an old photo and a new photo, as well as an old technique and a new technique. I distressed the edges of my title and journaling boxes for the old technique, and cut out patterns from the paper and made then 3-d for the new technique. Here is the result:

I loved this game in that it really challenged me to stretch my creativity and go beyond my normal scrapping style.
